PassPORT is a free web portal developed by Transdev for use with NETSPAP. It enables Long Term Care Facilities, Dialysis Centers, and Non-Emergency Transportation (NET) Providers to view the approved, denied, and pending requests as stored in the ADEPT prior authorization system and to submit Single Trip and Standing Prior Approval (SPA) requests.

PassPORT is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and there is no limit on the number of transactions allowed. PassPORT allows Providers to organize and access Participant information and there is no waiting to talk to a Customer Service Representative.

To create a PassPORT account:

  1. Click on the “Request a New Account” link on PassPORT’s front page.
  2. Enter the information requested.  Once you select a Provider type, you will be asked to enter your Medicaid Provider ID. This is the 12-digit number you use to bill Illinois Medicaid.
  3. Click on the “Submit request” button. You will receive a response by email.
