IMPACT – Enroll as a Provider

As of August 2015, the requirements for enrolling as a Provider have changed due to the roll-out of  the Illinois Medicaid Program Advanced Cloud Technology (IMPACT). This update to the Medicaid system aims to make the enrollment process easier for providers.

If you are already enrolled as a provider under the existing MMIS system, you will need to re-enroll under the new IMPACT system.
